We encourage your contributions and comments on the HIMSS wiki. You are required to provide your name and e-mail address when commenting. All comments will be reviewed by HIMSS; send your comments to Juanita Threat at jthreat@himss.org.
1. Keep comments on topic, comments that appears to be off-topic will be deleted.
2. Include external links only if they are relevant to the original post and your comment. Simply linking to your own site is frowned upon.
3. Not post material that infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
4. Not post material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful or embarrassing to any other person or entity as determined by HIMSS in its sole discretion.
5. Not post advertisements or solicitations of business.
6. Not post job opportunities; recruit candidates; include resumes and applications, or that self-promote one’s availability for positions.
7. Not impersonate another person.
8. Not allow any other person or entity to use your identification for posting or viewing comments.
9. Not post the same note more than once or “spam.”
HIMSS reserves the right (but is not obligated) to do any or all of the following:
1. Edit comments for clarity, readability or spelling errors when appropriate.
2. Not post or remove comments that are abusive, illegal or disruptive or that otherwise fail to conform with these policies.
3. Terminate a user’s access to the comment feature upon any breach of these policies.
4. Edit or delete any comments posted on the comment feature, regardless of whether such communications violate these standards.
